On May 7th, the "Henan Province Real Estate Enterprise Sales Performance TOP20 from January to April 2024" list was released by the China Index Academy. Hengda Group ranked 7th in sales area and 9th in sales revenue among local real estate enterprises in Henan Province. Additionally, it ranked 9th in sales area and 14th in sales revenue among all real estate enterprises in Henan Province. The Hengda·Xinzhu project in Xuchang was awarded the title of "2024 Henan Province Benchmark Value Real Estate".
